We have a big fking arguement regarding the prices for SMS, then i go out and personally put £12 on my phone FOR the premium that I wanted, as we was told sms was a def option, now it isnt?
*** ARE YOU PLAYING AT

And reports of you increasing the price of things?

Ok so, non pp/cc users now have NO options to get prem
Those who spent money already for their phone as WASTED it
And your not gonna do ANYTHING to compensate.

Why didnt you tell us "SMS may not work" or something?

I want a damn good explination, NOW.

Be pateint. >.< Send a support ticket and they'll add your cabal cash >.<
http://support.cabalonline.com

And as this problem is just now known, they need to find the error, andthen fix it. It takes time, its not done in 10 secs. :p

Im just angry at this company now, empty promises, thats all they are giving now.

"You will be able to pay by WorldPay and PayPal, unfortunately the payments operated by txtNation will not be available until a later time"

Looks like its not an error, its txt nation saying they arnt accepting payments yet.

And send a ticket in and they add the cash? I hardly think so, considering the amount of ppl exploiting this.

Now under 18s have no means of paying for prem and hey, gms not even been here to explain the situation, typical.

Friends being randomly d/c and crashing too, 7 hours to completly destory the game?

Gotta love FALSE advertising.

Please can you calm down. I understand your disappointed, however it helps no one by coming on these forums all guns blazing. We believed that SMS payment would be operational today, due to errors it wasn't. We are sorry for this and we are working on it, however I am afraid that is the situation. Again I will say it, we do not benefit from having this option down. It would be fully operational if the problem was a simple one, but it is not and it is requiring time and effort to get it implemented.

In regards to the prices. The website page clearly stated that prices may vary. After negotiation with ESTsoft the prices slightly increased on SOME items to reflect a fairer value. This is not us being greedy but rather a evaluation BEFORE we launched it on how much items should cost. Players should check ingame at the prices before parting with their cash and if they feel these items are not value for money do not buy them!

Well, the game is Free to Play, now. You can play the game. The game is full.
On the shopsite: http://www.cabalonline.com/itemshop/shop.asp we said:

Please note that the shop items prices shown here may vary to those shown in the game. Always check the price in game before buying an item. You can only buy items via the game and not from the website.
We didn't expect that SMS won't work. From our side it was fine. This problem is related to TXTnations and of course we are upset like you about this problem.
Well, actions will be taken, now.
The shoppage in game will be regular updated with items. It is ot related to the items on the webpage. These page we made during Open Beta. Of course we will keep this one updated, too.
You have my full understanding to be upset at the moment and you can be sure that we are working on it.

I agree and because of this we will have the new payment system with www.paybycash.com (http://www.paybycash.com).

Like I said annoying that it wasnt ready for today. Alternative was to delay Open Beta but we decided to start anyway today. At last everybody can play the game minimum in F2P.

Thats is the lamest statement ive readed from you guys... ever!

Fair? how is that fair?
Slightly increase? curious what slightly means to you.

Cause a permanent cape for 20.000 points & ingame the same cape for 27.000 points isen't a slightly increase in price if you ask me.

you didn't do it to make it fair, but you did it to be greedy.

Now i have to buy 50.000k points instead of 30.000
cause a permanent bike costs 22.000 points and not 20.000 point.

Thats not a slightly increase, thats a 18€ difference i have to pay just because that item HAD to be 2000 points more.

Premium & permanent astral board is all i wanted. and that was exacly 30€.
Now i have to buy 50 for the same stuff and have 18€ spended on stuff i don't even want. how is that fair?

I understand your point Alwin. But we setup the page during Open Beta and already announced that the prices on the shopsite may vary from in game.

Of course it is a question of business, too anyway if we would such greedy we wouldn't make the game Free to Play.

We don't force anybody to buy shop items to play the game. Nor all shop items are necessary to enjoy the game.

Anyway like I said I get you point, Alwin.

but i need to buy 2*5k
and 1*5k = 10,05€ O.o

If you go to the core alchemist for your crafting class you can convert them to the new versions by using formula cards.

I agree. It's not like you can't play because you can't pay. You can also have fun with the game without premium. The things you want to purchase on the shop are a luxury; you have to realize that. Also, not everything is going to run perfectly from the get go and there is no reason to expect that. Lastly: blowing your fuse on the forum is going to get you absolutely nowhere, so you might as well scream into a pillow. Please don't turn this community into a WoW-Type by flaming and whining, thank you.
