Problem when launching tha game

Hi i think i am writing to the correct place....My problem is:
When the updates finished i press START CABAL and are happening the following things:
1)The Game gaurd is loding correctly then
2)Appear a loading (the black screen wich shows Cabal online)etc.
And then dissapears(the black screen)
I dont know if this is a problem from my pc or because the servers is down...
To sum up i CANT SEE THE ID AND PASS screen...After the game guard loading, for 5 seconds appear the black sreen with CABAL ONLINE AND A loading and then dissapears...Sorry iF this is a ****** problem but i need to tell me...
I AM PLAYING THE GAME FOR FIRST TIME

Have you tried any of the DDark Quick Fixes (http://forum.cabalonline.com/showthread.php?t=390)? Try and post here again if you continue having problems.

I have done all the updates but the problem still cant fixed...I dowloaded the game yestarday...

I will delete the game and i will install it again...By this way i may can play
