Are you suffering from lag delays in-game which are over and above what you would expect for your computer and Internet connection?
Are you constantly disconnecting after random periods of time for no obvious reason?
Are you suffering from poor connection in general to our service which cannot be linked to your ISP or computer?


We are currently collecting further information from players who are affected by the above issues. While we cannot help users whose computer specifications or Internet connection are the cause of their problems, we can help those who are impacted by a high data loss on route to our servers. If you believe your connection problems are of no fault of your own, please follow the steps below and send us the required information.

Contact us if:
- You have a computer which meets the requirements for CABAL Online and a stable Internet connection yet suffer large numbers of disconnects or lag spikes. You should have also tried to decrease the graphics settings (in the CABAL options) and closed all background programs to see if this helps your problem

Do not contact us if:
- You have a computer which does not meet (or only just meets) the CABAL Online requirement.
- You have a Internet connection which is unstable

Information we require


The information we require is as follows:
Your geographical location (i.e. your town/city, county and country)
Your Internet service provider (i.e. BT Broadband or AOL)
Your Operating system (i.e. Windows XP) and Version (i.e. SP2)
Firewall software (i.e. Zone Alarm)
Tracert to www.cabalonline.com , included with the time and date the tracert was run


How to run a Tracert to www.cabalonline.com

Click on start
Click on Run
Type 'command' then press return
Type tracert www.cabalonline.com and press return
Please note that this may take some time. Please do not stop the tracert unless the final ten lines have a * displayed.
Copy and paste the tracert into a word document and save it with the date and time.


Where do I send the information to?

Visit our support system at support.cabalonline.com
If you have already registered, please log into your account. If you have not registered for our support system (it is a separate registration to the game) please do so now.
Once logged in create a new ticket
Select the “Connection Problems” support department
Insert the required information (it will ask for your geographical location, ISP, OS and firewall)
In the subject field please type “Connection Issues – Further information”
Copy and paste the saved tracert (including time and date) into the main content area
Submit your ticket
DO NOT await a reply or contact us back. Your information will be collected and studied for any patterns. We will make a global announcement when a solution has been found.
