I am bl and my 2 strongest skills(cut,slash xD)have to be on 9 lvl becos they have to many ct(coll time) so iven skill loses 100 dmg from it np 9 lvl 800dmg 20 lvl 900 ang I dont look + amp + crit + atack... we it should be what 1lvl ct>2lvl>3L...>20 or just what 20 lvl have ct < than 9lvl or =
No offense, but I couldn't understand a bit of what you were saying there. Try rewriting it, maybe then people can give their opinion about it.

hard to read.. ur saying the blader skill lightning slash and blad scud (not cut i guess :p) got a too high ct.. and u kept it on lvl9. Becuase of that u lose too much add dmg/amp/ etc.
the rest i can't follow very well..

all comp and gm skills have higher cooltime
why
as it would be constant gm comp spam if it wasnt for that
blader is overpowered enough
go make a wizard or fs and whine about cooltimes and dmg
-1, like they said above.
but i do agree on the fact, that the cooltime should be at its lowest or = to the cooltime at lv 9.
but that idea is already added before: idea B71
