Debuff Skill

Should I learn Debuff skill like -Defense and -Attack
Cause I'm playing CabalVN and someone tell me that they are useless >.<
So I just wonder about it.
Can pro tell me should I learn debuff skill

id say learn the de debuff, i aint got the att debuff atm but gonna get it seeing as iv got free slots

you can get debuff if you have free skill points spare

In CabalVN, I can only use I once, I don't know in Cabal EU, it can be re-used ?

yea it can be reused on same mob after it's effect has worn out..

OP, at least get def debuff, it makes a difference in PvP. and it's ok on some bosses too i guess

Yeah, maxed def debuff helps do 50-200 more dmg to bosses and hard mobs. It has very little casting time also.
