Please remove you login name from you post before you get hacked, its a problem with ure installation of gameguard.

Please read what it says and send the erl files in a support ticket, if you want to try and fix it yourself locate gameguard.des and rename it to gameguard.tmp then rerun the game, gameguard should auto fix itself.

In your case it's easier to just re-install cabal..

it doesnt even need to reinstall usually after restart the problem is fixed

Delete GameGuard dir,and start CABAL. It will download it again.
I mean, i had this problem before and that fixed it for me.

everytime I get that error, I just need to reboot my comp and it's gone.
It happened twice so far.
