Click and buy are no longer used as a payment method (for the exact reason that the support was not up to the right standard). We now use Moneybookers, which is a much better option.

C&B je parta lam hele, mam tam taky ucet, ale dovolat se tam neceho je narposto nadlidsky vykon, kdysi jsme tam i volal, kamsi do UK, tam mi bylo receno ze mi nemohou pomoci ze jsou velmi zaneprazdeni a na majly neodpovidaji ze stejneho duvodu, tak sjem jim poradil at to zavrou a odtahnou a polozil jsme to. No proste tam nesmis mit zadny problem, jednani nulovy proste (jetse doted mam na svym CaB ucte v prepoctu 5k Kc a nemuzu s tim nic delat a nejsem schopen ty prachy dostat, ta kasi tak). Asi to i GM pochopili a dali je pryc :)

y moneybookers is good option but i cant do there account cuz i forget my number of credit card so nvm...

No vzdyt to pisu, mne tam natvrdo nejaka operatorka bo co to bylo za kravu rekla ze namaily neodpovidaji, protoze jsou moc vytizeny, no tak co pak chces, parta kokotu. A tady cabal na paypal nebude hele asi nikdy uz o tom tady Caesar psal hodnekrat ze ne. A fakt jetsli mas problem zaplatit, pouzij to paysafecard, to je opravdu uplne nejelspi metoda a nepotrebujes kreditku :)

personally, i would much prefer to use paypal instead of signing up for a new thing...since i also run an ebay business and my paypal balance is always good then i don't have to pay via my cards for anything, i can just pay via my existing paypal balance.

na to kasli, to je neuveritelne predrazeny, ale za to nemuzou GM, ale nasi operatori pres telefon to fakt nedelej, neblazni. Nedostanes ani 50procent toho co normalne.

I still have problem, almost 1 month now since i made the purchase with moneybookers and still no CC. Apparently you "have not" (according to Arwen) recieved my 30 euros.
Never had any trouble before but this is really giving me a sincere headache.
I'm a student and 30 Euro is 1/3 of my whole months salaray.

Maybe yes its ****** of me to do the payment but this is what i spend my money on since i enjoy games. Though I can add after this experience that this game is not exactly enjoyable for me after all this wait.

So im just hoping this will get sorted fast, because im really getting tired of this. I have shown printscreens of my bank and moneybrookers refers ID's one week ago.

If this is the fault of moneybookers then fine i can take that the fact remains that I made the purchase from you for a service and that service is not very good to be honest. So I hope that you will take more time to look into this matter and show that you actually care about customers and not just let it go 3-4 weeks before something actually start to happen. (IF something is going to happen..)

I have done everything i can and i've spent many hours into this matter including chasing moneybookers, so I expect that you start to do the same, or atleast hope so.

I can also add that according to Moneybookers the payment was done as normal, like the other two times i purchased CC's from you and it was directly registred as a payment which is "processed" and you have the ID's of those aswell.
