Step 1: Download and install Malwarebytes from www.malwarebytes.org (when finished use the Check for Updates option!)
Step 2: Run Malwarebytes (Vista & W7 users will need to make sure you're running it as an Administrator).
Step 3: Choose your scan type (Quick or Full). I'd recommend using the Full Scan everytime, just to be safe.

Step 4: Select which drives you want to scan.

Step 5: Remove any threats found and save the automatic log somewhere safe (just in case).
Step 6 (optional): Upload the log and send the link to a Support Advisor for review if you're still unsure about what you've removed.
