and what ceaser says there is there cant sell a ND Shiny version but a nd NON-Shiny and the ones we have in shop are ND SHINY so they did lie to us. Unless they messed up with either the item itself (putting shiny ones in and ment to be non shiny) or the txt saying its a shiny one but infact its non shiny.

You know for well that the situation between this and the EoX is completely different. For one thing the Candy has always been a cash shop item and not something that drops.
Some people got lucky from a mistake we made several years ago. It was only right that we were able to one day sell this skin permanently again.

About EoX+8, nothing surprises me in this game, you said now you won't put it to cabal shop who knows what you'll say in few months? God only knows :x
There is no spin here. ESTSoft tell us we must not sell event items for anything other than limited duration. In fact strictly speaking they request we just sell them once a year (due to the community demand for the item we petitioned to sell it more regularly). Last year a mistake was made adding the items and a few users managed to purchase a ND version. Now whether or not the items should have been removed they were not. It would be unfair after nearly a year to forcefully change them to a 30 day, simply because other users can't buy them.
Now I understand your frustration, really I do, but the situation is what it is and will not change. It leaves you with the choice of buying a 30 day version or buying no version at all.

Let us calm down here ;) The candy skin isn't a life or death cure. In fact it is more comparable to the millions of special deals that are offered by companies every year (where some people are fortunate enough to be in the right place at the right time).
Anyway whatever the arguments are (and I am not going to spend more time debating them) the fact is simple: we are not going to sell a permanent version of this item (however much you protest).
Same will be with EoX+8, rw3, mithrils amp where you can choose craft?

Go Go ceaser pester ESTSoft for custom max craft 3 slotted mithrils and +8 capes and Rw3's to be able to be bought form the cash shop.
I dont arguee the situation about the candies has changed from not being able to sell them to being able to sell them would have been nice to have some notice about this thou because the last we heard was your post about not selling a ND Shiny version but a ND NON-Shiny version instead (was a thread in this section somewhere) and that was it and since then nothing.
Now this week leading upto to Valantines day (Any Event this year and not a poem one) we have the shiny ones and all people are doing is complaining about how they paid x amount for them from the error that was made 2/3 years ago. Yes they are allowed to be annoyed but they clearly havent moaned about the vampire costume (Stated version) when that was brought out at halloween last year but for only a duration. So i think this arguement is more about the duration of the item rather than the item itself.
If the Vampire costume (stated) was sold ND from the shop i think you would see people moaning about that but not to the extreme people are moaning here about the candies.
I personally have always wanted them but as there is no Candy bow and i think the Greatsword Candy just looks wrong i wont pay for this either in alz or CC but instead il be saving my money for when you can sell end game items like custom crafted mith/Lecia 3 slotted (custom), rol+2's, RW3's, Eox+8/+9( lecia cape since we are getting new armour), Perfect core high's/highest,SEH,SEHH etc because if we moan alot about something it is clearly showing that we get it. Yes its about the customer but sometimes you have to take a stand on things and this should have been one of those things and kept selling the duration versions instead of the new ND version

Yea I wanted them in Cabal Shop, but after when Caesar said they'll NEVER sell them in Cabal Shop i bought ND version, because I was sure that this item is worth that money (1.5b) because there is only few (3 as far as i know) on server Mercury, still don't get it?

I really do feel sorry for the ALZ buyers (as in bought skins with alz), maybe with people quiting there just wasnt as many in circulation as there shouldve been.
In time it will happen again and they'll become rare and regain their value.
It has been a long standing debate with the developers over selling this item.In the end we were able to come to an agreement, which is a much fairer solution on all, and sell the permanent version of the shiny costumes (although it is at a reasonably high price).
At the time I made the statement they weren't ever going to be added. But things change.

Gift boxes are there to provide players who can't purchase Cabal Cash a way to get Cash Shop items they want through the only means available to them - farming.
If the Cash Shop was there for players to capitalize on then I doubt half the items in there would still be there; for example, the current Epaulettes.

right young padawan here's a quick lesson in legal alz buying also known as cash shop re-selling and setting the prices.
Everything in the cash shop has a nice price somethings worth more than others.
Now say i had bought the Candy weapon skins before anyone noticed that they was in the shop yesterday i wouldnt have used them for myself id had sold them for an insane amount of alz in-game since i play on jupiter it could have been more than most people are cryign about that they 'lost/spent' on them. Now fo rthe lazy or unlucky person thats not a bad way to spend 10 minutes and walking away with a nice profit.
The same goes for sellign Wexp beads 7 days in jupiter when no one has another to sell you can set the price of this misley 7k CC item you can boost the price up from a meager 45million to a nice tasty 60/65milllion just on one bead.
Now imagen that for a nice 20 minutes work you have just earned yourself a tasty few millions/billion and without the need for a single dungeon run so thats a nice high end profit and people do this daily with various items to maximise there profit from a cash shop Come look at bb+ 30 days for another example you can easy make 90milion from the old 75-80 million of a year ago.
Yes some of it is knowing what to buy and when to sell it but its all nice high end profit without lifting more than a finger and spending a few euro's. so the only thing the cash shop with tradable items is doing is making people who spend stupd amounts of real money on cabal cash and making them rich in-game
man its not about reselling them..
if you are a Noob you buy in cashshop and sell ingame.
if you dont care about alz and play for fun, risk abit and have good friends you earn more then spending Euros.

First thing i would like to point out, once again, is that we are talking about candy skins that are used for WEAPONS. Keeping that in mind, thinking that only few players in a community are allowed to own a item from Cash Shop is... how to put it nicely... not so smart from you. This debate already took place, and i don't really understand why people keep bringing back the "To have WEAPON SKINS on the shop, or not to have". Alot of people wanted them, because after all they have the right of it as paying customers (paying the item to have it). We are talking here not about something that drops, not about something that has low drop rate and that helps you accomplish many goals in-game. We are talking about something that makes your char look better. Even a person that claim to be angry atm, stated in past "they will be back on shop for sure", so i wonder why did he bother to buy them in game.
Is a fact that GM.com stated that wouldn't be selling this skins on shop at that time. Were they lieing? No. They were just telling us (community) what the developers gave them as answer. Now it's a whole different story, why? GM.com was aware that 99% of the community wanted this skins and would be pleased if they were on shop as it should be since the beggining. They struggled for it and managed to get a way of selling them.
99% of community is happy, they are finally able to buy a SKIN that they wanted for years. Yes, years. Most of people couldn't afford them in game because of the hilarious price people made it go up to. Ones that could afford had no sellers, why? Because none was interested in how much it worth but that they really wanted to keep it. Yes, you wasted your precious money but did you bother to ask yourself why rather than put the blame on others? You wasted your money because YOU wanted it. There where days versions on shop, none forced you to buy it ingame.
As i said before, i doubt any of you apart from DD, actually wanted it more than i did. Sill i kept with my day versions. It was something for myself, for my eyes not to show off how i got ND and you don't. Your show off ended up being a bish, but hey you know what people say, shiz happens and karma is a bish. Accept the consequences of your own actions or don't but control your hormones rather than spoil the fun for others, insulting others.

if you dont care about alz and play for fun, risk abit and have good friends you earn more then spending Euros.

Right no read the post i made was to Anquietas has his thoughts of the Cash shop were there to improve a player's gaming experience, not to provide an easy way of making high amounts of profit ingame.

As for what people are saying they cost too much yes some might say that but to others paying 15 euros for some pixels is cheap this is mainly those that have wanted them for there characters since they was first realised in the cash shop via a error admitted by ceaser himself.
Now the Main point so what they said they cant sell them they said that over a year ago, things change in that time and demend not only from our forum but other forums for this certain item might have been high and others 'moaning' to there GM's about this item coming into the shop as a ND Shiny version. Just be glad that they can now sell them rather than cry over the money you spent years ago on them

I don't buy these silly things as i think its a waste of € but if you guys bought these items for alz like 2 years ago(if i understood correctly) im sure it was worth it but at THAT TIME... 2 years or w/e is a long period of time. As for the Game Masters.com! I personally don't think this is because of greed but this is how i see it. The high price is probably because this item was VERY rare before and they don't want to much people buying it. Like every 2nd person would have it on the server. I think thats the reason for the high price. But for all we know it can be greed. I don't think so but every1 makes mistakes!
I suggest you guys stop flaming eachother as if it will get to far i think some1 will get a ban lol(if he slips a bad word ^^). Just try to understand this situation from both sides!

As i said ( you seem not bother to read ) I would never spend that money on it because i had days versions that were enough to please my sight considering i couldn't get them ND as all other people that got them in game did (every single skin on game been purshased in Cash Shop before all the trading between players). Again, you can be angry because GMs passed Est voice to you, it's your choice. But, again, none forced you to spend your so earned kk's in a skin for weapons. There is no "what if" because I would never be in your position because i thought about my priorities before actually act.
