Help!

Hello everyone

I'm hoping someone with knowledge will respond to my post.

I tried buying some cc via Moneybookers but got an error. (Still my account got charged 5 euros and transfered to my Moneybookers account)

Now my Moneybookers account has 5 euros on it, but there's no way for me to buy cc with it.

If I select the "Deposit money via our site first" option I only get a login screen to Moneybookers and while logged in I can't buy cabal cc's anywhere)

I'll post a few screenshots for reference.

Note: We have NOT automatically completed the transaction to Games Masters. You will have to return to the payment page of the merchant and restart the payment process using the balance of your account to complete the transaction.

You should be able to buy your cc via account balance. It never caused any problems to me. :|

Ok, then maybe it's just some technical issues right now. Let's hope it is :)

Still not working, can you explain the steps to me?
It says i should return to the merchant page afterwards to complete my payment.

But I can't find the page again. :/
