Due to the amount the issues players have been experiencing with launching Cabal Online after recent updates, we have decided to open a new section in the Support Suite to help us to identify the cause of these problems.

We require player to submit the following information as a minimum requirement when submitting tickets to this section:

Summary of issue (try to be clear.)
Hardware configuration (as much detail as possible.)
Windows Version (also, what Service Pack is installed?)
Graphics Card (Make & Model, also how much RAM.)
Graphics Card Driver version
DirectX version (this can be found by running 'dxdiag.exe' from Start-> Run.)
Firewall (Details on what Firewall software you use. Name and version.)
Anti-Virus (Details on what Anti-Virus software you use. Name and version.)

It is also possible to email us regarding any problems you have, or if you are unsure of any if the above details at:

havin problem to connect to server

From last night i get this error when i want to connect to server:

"you have faild to connect the server"

please try later
