Can't update

i got a problem with updating cabal..
at update_562 it says 'failed to create' , what can i do?
i already reinstalled the game a few times..

You are most likely using the old episode IV client. That one is bugged and can't be updated to the current client version anymore.

You need to download the new episode VI client instead: http://forum.cabalonline.com/showthread.php?189172-Cabal-Online-Europe-Episode-VI-Full-Client-(patched-till-564)
