Server still down?

I ve got a question. The cabal online Eu servers are down since today morning 2 o'clock an still are down. Is this because of the new update today and are they still working at the servers or is it a problem which hasn't been noticed yet?

There is no game updates actually, only some smaller ones. They are replacing the hardware and changing the CashShop layout.
Servers are still offline.
