item gone for 2nd time i send with mail in game

hello there i am not sure if it is a bug! but i lost an item i send a friend for the2nd time to this guy or what it is."shghsgh" now is my question did somebody seen this name or had the same thing with his mail! plaes let me now ths! and i don't want to send ticket if i am not sure it's a bug or bot!!!

This bug is known , when you right click someone name in chat,it sometimes appears as random characters 'saxasca'.Please double check names before sending mail.
