Blue diamond premium problem

Yesterday i purchased blue diamond premium but it doesnt start on item shop near the premium there is a ( stand by) then i read again the requipment of pre said that must use with bb. I bought bb plus but blue premium doesnt start :S i send a ticket about this.Anyone have an opion about this problem ?

why on earth did you sent 3 tickets for the same problem? geez!
the GMs have weekend too + theres a queue, nor will you ever get a response in 2h (unless you're lucky).

ofc i send 3 tickets 10 tickets 20 tickets... I have got 3 pages cc history i spend lots of money and time for cabal. I m customer so if i ve some problem gms ve to fix it.they get their salary from the customers of cabal.
