about medium grade and lvl2-3 craft mats

ever since we got the update before I expected sh.tit armors/weapons and aqua to be fixed as level 2 material requirements for craft ... but like 6 months later thers still nothing =)

Actual : shadow titanium/aqua/ grade -
upgrade core/extenders/scrolls = medium
disks and shapes for craft = high (lvl3) needed -<<< this had to be changed to lvl2 materials imo as theres no sense staying the way it is now :/

It's a known issue. We have reported this back when the change was first made, and ESTsoft are aware of it. The fix is up to them.
