Ring Of Evil Spirit bug

I have an Account on Cabal.de JustReloaded
On my Charakter xXIceMenXx I don´t have the quest " Ring mit Megamerphs Kraft"
So when I would drop the evil Spirit Ring I cant go to Keller to get the Ring
This Quest is missing at my char!
