CABAL shutting down immediately when I start with Overwolf in the background

Whenever I try to run CABAL while Overwolf is running, the game shuts down at the login window.

with Overwolf game guard go crazy saying i am haxtor and dc me every 10 minutes
solution: remove dat crap
