what does the "End of rest state" mean in the exp bar???

i ve seen a little gray thingie at the exp bar and when i put the mouse on it, it says that is the "end of rest state". What is that??

You'll get double exp until you reached that point. If you were offline for a while, you'll get that Rest state.
