Try adding Cabal's folder to your antivirus program's exception list.

Okay Imma try it =) What should I do if it still doesn´t work? =/

Well, it depends on whether you've done it properly and which antivirus program you are using. It's usually Avast, Avira or ESET NOD32/Smart Security that gets this problem, although Avast would usually work after adding the exceptions, there is a high chance for the other two to still have the launcher error.

I tried everything but there is no certain solution. It sometimes works , sometimes doesnt work.
