Are Combos only for Bosses/tough enemies?

So, I finally got this Combo thing going. Too bad that I had to encounter another problem along the way.

First off: Is there any kind of way of making the PC target another enemy after you've killed one using a Combo, so you can continue on it? Because even if it's effective, it's not really worth it right now (maybe in the future, but not now).
You also see this text, for example: "7 Combo, 1 Kill". How can you kill more by using the Combo system? Of course, use an area attack, but what if you don't got it? I don't wanna use it for single enemies only. I love using the Combo system! I wanna destroy entire mobs with a few well-placed attacks, and not have to click on the hotbar just because there isn't any kind of autotarget key.

Click on another enemy before you press another skill?
It takes practice but thats how you carry on your combo to other mobs, and also get more kills per combo.

Dude, if you think I got Spiderman reflexes, then you certainly took the wrong guy! ;)

So, ya gotta train on that now? Man, it's gonna be tough, but I seriously like this game, so I think I have to bear with it. But of course, you can live without Combos.

It's not that hard and it doesn't require spiderman reflexes. Just learn how many hits it takes to kill a certain mob and after that click on another mob and continue the combo.

True. But isn't there any kind of autotarget button, or atleast some "hit-back-at-ugly-creature-when-it-attacks-me-instead-of-standing-still-with-an-open-jaw" button?
It would spare my battleweary finger.

I didnt mean to sound blunt, but thats all there is to it.
It's really not hard, after a few goes you will get it and will be comboing away nicely.

As far as I know there isnt an auto targetting button, but a + side to this is it means botters dont have an easy time just tab targetting everything...

Once you get into a rhythmn and you know what skills/how many skills kill the enemy, you know how long you have to click on the next enemy while you're performing the skill animation or timing the skill using the combo bar.

No other way around really, besides practice

no, and i doubt there ever will be, auto target button is a nice gift to less skilled bot coders. with time you learn how to maitain combo perfectly :)

Yes combos are effective everywhere and it doesn't miss (there are exceptions). There are no auto targeting programs YET but even if there would be you would get BaNnEd if you would use one:fish:. It doesn't need anything like spider man reflexes, it's only training and perfecting ur combo skills, especially if you skill a lot with combos. If you just got ur combo then don't worry about AoE as you don't have skills with rly good AoE (unless ur high in skill rank).:smokin:
