Torrent Patch

Well atm my speed download is 0.6 kb/s to download update_289.dat like one year ago.

One year ago we had some patch by torrent because there were lot of people who downloaded the same patch at the same moment.

So I want to ask if it's possible to have the same system and can download patches by torrent this time too.
