Best Skill Grinding ?

I'm lvl 42 Warrior with Expert 44/84 and I wanna know what's the best way to skill grind. The gear that I have right now mix and match Adept that gives me together +24 Exp Skill, and Epaqulet of Dead +2 Skill Exp so +26 all together, but I don't even know what that means :) all I know is that ppl reccomend it, lol. Can someone explain what it is exactly and what should I look for to get the maximum I can at my current Shadowsteel set. Also do u get skill exp per skill hit or does the actuall dmg matters and the more dmg u do the more skill exp u get ? Give me some insight on the best skill lvl'in.

When you get to 50, buy the upgrade mag to sword at port lux instructor, on the volcanic area.
Hum.. coul you show me that epaulet of dead that gives 2+ skill exp? never seen anything like that oO
about the rest... Get the max adept you can, your doing great in skilling, keep it up. The adept suit gives you more skill exp per hit, which means damage doesnt matters much, what maters more is hitting many times to skill faster. Use magic ( hence, the upgrade)

i think he means the 30 day epaulette of discipline, and that one sucks.Just get full 2+3+ gear, 3+4+ if possible.
