Problem DC

hello, I have a big problem, when I play few minutes I have DC. Why ? I off my firewall and anty - vir ... dosent help.. Plz help me

Try re-enabling both the firewall and anti-virus, then go into their options and manually add all 4 Cabal exe's and the gamegaurd.des to their exceptions list.

Disabling firewalls and anti-virus doesnt turn them of completely (well with some progs) they will still work silently in the background.

i do it... And now I have dc 10-20 min... :(( always when I teleport or when i run out of monsters..

I add this and when I teleport i dont have DC but I have quest in dungeeon and always when I teleport to there i have DC... :((( eh.. I cant do this quest..

Well your almost there, you definately added:

cabal.exe
cabalmain.exe
CabalMainEx.exe
update.exe
GameGaurd.des
GameMon.des

Also whats the specs of your computer?

hmm.. I dont have cabalMainEx.exe I have Windows XP SP2 and systems firewall.. My PC : 1gb DDR2, AMD Athlon 64 3500+, Gefroce 7900gs and Net 512kb/s.. :(

Its probably not needed then in the new version.

Have you got any Adware removers? Adware can sometimes cause disconnects, 2 trustworthy progs are

hmm.. I reinstal Windows XP, I dont have firewall itp. Yesterday cabal work 80% I have dc only in dungeon, today I have dc 1-2min... ?

Found the solution.
Right click onto "My computer" -> Properties -> Hardware -> Hardware Manager -> right click onto your network card -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Checksum Offload: Disabled

Tell me if it has worked. ^^

Maybe network controller? Sorry I'm German and didn't know all the correct translations. Anyway, if you have still understood what i meant and still claim to have no network controller, how can you have access to the internet?

Same thing here. I'm getting d/c every couple of minutes but only inside a dungeon.
It's almost impossible for me to do any dungeon related quests.

I have this problem too...
D|C after 30s - 2min in town, in dungeon - everywhere...
But today morning (8-00 GTM+3) i can play 30min without D|C.

PC:
OS: XP SP2 with last updates
Proc: Core 2 Duo E6300
Mem: 2*512 Patriot
GC: GeForce 7600GT
MB: Gigabyte DS3
LAN Internet 512 kbit\s - ip 213.247.170.77

P.S.: All others online game work normally (NF, SpaceCowboys, RF, SL, IL-2, BattleField 2142)

I have similar problems with DC...
Yesterday I send e-mail to support@cabalonline.com but I don't receive second reply :/ :dontknow:

i also have an DC once an hour and i have also accepted everything in the firewall. when i ping to the server from cabal sometime it has an huge lag spike from less then an second. so people in game doesnt notice it lagged it was ehm 20 hops or so.. last night. so thats not to much. while my bro was playing. so i gues it has nothing to with the system ure running if u offcourse have added all in the firewall and checked drivers etc. but maybe in just an gateway somewhere in europe...?

Same problem as for bgdu42 to me... just mine is not modem internet. just i dont know how to call it "cable" or how ... just one cable goes to mine pc :D kk so here is mine computer info:
