As has been stated on the forums many times before and also is stated in a number of places on the website (not to mention the popup before you download the client), that this version of CABAL Online is for Europe Only.

Well Brazilian players can't play the Cabal Europe version, too but they can play Cabal Brazil: http://www.cabalonline.com.br ;)
