Faster Astral Boards?

As the title says, I'd vote for a little speed increase on the boards - right now every player with dash can easily outrun someone on a board, rendering it almost useless as a vehicle.
So it wouldn't hurt to increase the speed by just a little bit, so that outrunning boards with dash won't be possible anymore (except for wiz's TT)

It is not useless, you don't have to click dash skill every time and you won't get stuck or get half-a-dash(lol) when you don't have enough space. Hope you know what I mean.

Anyways, I think using plasma kits increases speed ( or are they only usable on bikes? )

Can a wizard use boards or astral bikes? because when i looked at my special skills i didnt see any slot of a Astral bike..
or is it because wizards have Blink and dash?

Anyone can wear Boards/Bikes.

You'll get Summon Board skill at lvl 40 and Summon Bike skill at 80.

and another point of view is... even if u do compete with a guy that uses dash
he'll get stuck and won't dash at 90 degrees angles and after it... he's going to waste the ~3 mp pots u saved by going there by bike :)

I know what you mean with getting stuck with dashing, but still it's kinda weird to be outrun by someone on foot when you're on a board :P

Every class can use bikes/boards, you might not have done the quests yet or you're too low for them (my note was only about dash/blink wiz's, they can travel over a whole map in a matter of secs)

And the expense of 3 mp pots vs the 30m price for a board (yup, its that much on Mars TT) doesn't really work xD
I'm not talking about a fundamental speed increase, just a bit so that you're at least equally fast on a straight line as someone using dash - that would be ok already. Right now you dont even get a decent feeling of speed when riding a board :S

How should I catch up a guy that's running away on a board when I PvP him in war zones?
Some time before F2P the boards were much slowers, thank god they're real speedy now, :P.

Dash does just the same, just as impossible to catch someone running away with dash - once you start an attack he's gone. Same ****, so that comparison doesn't really work either

And about the stat increase - I wouldn't pay 30mil for 75hp, would you? Oo

Arnt the rarer boards a tad faster than the ones bought from cash shop? If not then the dropable boards should have a slight speed increase so that if someones dashing by the side of you he begins to fall back per dash.

Okay, ill just ask this thing here, because i dont want to start cabal to ask someone random. So how much do these boards cost anyway? I just got lvl 40 and plan on getting one somewhere near in the future.:hmmmm2:

afaik ~18mil on Mercury, 30mil+ on Mars

Do these things drop off monsters or from chaos lamps aswell?
