I gues from A.expert up all powers you get (4?) are usefull to get to 20, but what about all those before A.expert? Powers like roundcut, wild strike or guillotine look pretty interesting to put on 20 (i got a trayload of points left) but if its useless, paying 50k per rank down isnt realy my thing..
Or is it more a case of it doesnt mather, as long you can do combo's with them? (aka lvl9).
