i put in my ID and pass and all it does is do that blue bar on the bottom and when it fills it says unable to connect to server :dontknow: i'm confused

Questions like this should be directed to the Support System.

However, this version of CABAL Online is for European players only. If you live outside of Europe you will not be able to connect.

This happens to people whether or not they live in europe or not.

Open a support ticket with details of your ISP etc.
