CABAL Open Beta continues!

Our new network hardware is in, we now need the beta test to resume, so we can monitor everything and make changes as needed, so the open beta is resumed!

Do remember that it is a BETA, so things may not be 100%, so just report these as you find them and we'll do our best :)

Just a quick update as I've been a bit quiet over the weekend (for reasons which will become clear shortly).

So the network hardware was replaced and internally, this has given great results.

Of course the problem we have, which you have all noticed, is that things still aren't correct from the outside. This is the very nature of the open beta; we are now undergoing tuning of the new servers to the new network. This required GM of coursem but also our IDC and EST to work together to produce the best.

At the moment we need a small internal update from EST and they are working on this, but possibly cannot get it finished before the end of the weekend.

So we're working on it, believe me, so don't feel disheartened - this is open beta for a reason, and that reason is we need to bed the game down onto the new platform.

Your input is extremely valuable to us, so please keep telling us whats not good (and also what IS good) and we will get this things back to full speed ASAP.

With regards to compensation, well of course there will be compensation, as Kru has said time and time again - as he said to me earlier:

"We will give all Premium members 12 days extra Premium times AND in addition we run a Premium weekend for everybody next week from Friday 12 pm until Monday 12 pm. For premium member it means 3 days more to the 12 days.. so said 15 days in total and Free2Play Players will get 3 days.



This is as a compensation for no correct game play over two weekends."

Busy busy busy!

The cash shop problem is now fixed.

As you can also see, speeds are fast at the moment, but I'm still monitoring and tweaking this, so don't get upset of it gets worse again, although I am thinking we're close to the final setup now - just need more people online to see how it goes.

Go beta testers, get in there!!! :)
