Can't login, why?

I tried to login 2day and yesterday and just couldnt make it...

the popup I get:

is the server offline or what?
I'm sure that Im registered cuz I can login at the site
but in-game i just get dc'd...

I wrtie my ID, Pass, and than i get this 'failed to connect server' thing...

Any ideas why?

P.s. I registered at the 20' or 21' this month[I am not sure :X], if it changes anything...

oh, and one more thing - I could play and login at the 21' [this month]....

The servers are online. Are you from Europe?

1. Delete the cookies from any internet navigator you've got.
2. Enter to C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings and delete the files: Temp & Temporary Files of Internet.
3. After, try to run the game again.
