Is weaken worth havin?

ive been wondering is it worth me learning weaken or is it just a waste of money?

Learn weaken when you have money, and max it when you have spare points. It's a very good debuff.

Its also usefull at some bosses, for example when i was lvl around 80 the boss in lid would drop the dmg from average 500 to 380-400

Why not, it saves you atleast 53 hp per skill, if it has amp like 2.0 or near, it saves you 100 hp per skill..
