I log on and after 5min it lags and i can't move anything on the pc and i got to restart it I install the game 4 times but its the same every time

Download the following files to any folder.
http://download.cabalonline.com/pds/update_316.dat
http://download.cabalonline.com/pds/update_318.dat

Run Winrar and select each file and extract them separately and in sequence to
C:\Program Files\Games-Masters.com\CABAL Online (Europe).

Run the game.
