Paypal payment method closed

We have now decided to close Paypal as a payment method.

We have however, added PayByCash to allow anyone in the world to buy CABAL Cash by increasing the number of payment methods available to our customers.

We have taken this step to close Paypal for a number of reasons.

One reason is that we believe that PayByCash better fits our business by working as partners, benefiting you, the customers.

Also, of late we have been experiencing a number of technical communication problems with Paypal resulting in a number of users not receiving their CABAL Cash on their account. This is simply not acceptable and does not reflect what we believe is good customer service.

We have also been experiencing a higher than anticipated number of fraudulent payments/reversals via Paypal, which we find unacceptable and naturally must take steps against.

Although a convenient payment method for some, we believe that PayByCash is more than capable of providing an easy payment means for all allowing all those Paypal payers the ability to continue paying through a safe and reliable method.

We hope you understand our position and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

i found just one problem - when i used paypal i paid 10 euros to get 10k cabal cash.Though PayByCash i need to pay 12.29 euros to get 10k cabal cash.Actually it's a little sad for me couse i'd like to pay 10euros for it instead of 12.29 -.-

ich denke das alle offenen Rechnungen noch beglichen werden (also auch deine)
Allerdings gibts leute die schon wesentlich länger drauf warten (Ich seit samstag, manche Leute nun schon fast 3 wochen).
Also ist wohl oder übel Geduld angesagt obwohl ich gut und gerne da anrufen würde um meinen Frust ner armen Callcenter-Tante ins Ohr brüllen zu können. xD

(my money indeed was drawn for him from my account, but cash him were not delivered to me…)

I tested to send the ID(transaction) and mail(paypal account) to "support@cabalonline.com" there is around 3days ago, but i don't have any replys from them and my cash is not arrived on my account :(

As stated in other threads anyone who is still waiting for Cabal Cash should send a message to support with their receipt from Paypal and their game account id to make sure it is allocated to the correct account (especially if you have more than id on your account).

Support will deal with all tickets as fast as possible.

My english is bad and I surely make any errors in the mail to support, that's why I'm few anxious about this. :o

I payed now about 1 week ago, i sended the ticket about 5 days ago with all the correct informations.
I wanted to play with premium, so i bought it with moneybookers now for 30 Days, but i still want to get my Cash that i payed with Paypal.
And guys, why it takes so long to manage this ?
Is there only 1 sleepy guy working on it ?
I dont get it why some ppl have to wait 3 weeks.
And I even didnt got any answer to my support ticket.

Would be nice if that could get done very quick, cause i think Cabal is loosing Customers that are willed to pay, so its just in Cabal's interest to get this done quick, and not in 2 or 3 weeks.

the webby says it will take 6 days but i received cabal cash in 3 days so i guess it shouldnt take more than 6 days or so

I did'nt receive my cabalcash, posted 2 tickets and sent 2 emails, 3 posts in the forum but still don't have any answer !
The payement was a success, so i paid 12 days ago, but have no cabalcash
What can i do to solve the problem ?
It begins to be long more when you have paid for something, don't have it and you don't have any answer from the ""wellknow"" "" SUPPORT"

I am really Annoyed I cannot buy Cabal Cash now, This is flippin Ridiculous.
I used Paypal for the same reason people stated above because I DONT HAVE A CREDIT CARD, TxtNation is so confusing and charges over the odds.

so that leaves me with what option? Don't buy Cabal Cash? for what reason? Well you've lost yourself £30 a month from me. Really you do have such a poor customer relationship to just remove probably the most used payment method.

Paybycash has a paypal-like option under it, its just more expensive as paypal:
moneybookers.com.
it costs 3,69 more for 20k cash, but you can use bank accounts and credit cards just like paypal.You do need a site account but its free like paypal.Actually its in fact paypal but some more expensive and on another site.

I think u should implement Mobilcash in Romania too, thats the most used and easy method to buy CC and this will get u lots of customers :resent:

It´s not GM.com choice when and which countries the provider for SMS payment choose to add to there list !
Maybe you can get a list started with people signing up there and email them directly and trying to push from that way instead. :)

i use paybycash and it works fine (bank transfer) but it is more expensive.
i would like to know when new items r comming cause i like the red blade skin but i'm waiting to see if other good items will come to buy more cc. SO please hurry or at least give a date or a list of items so people dont just wait for nothing. (is there a date for the new items????)

I still prefer Paypal, cos it has fast transaction and I had no problem with it. Since its removal, I can no longer buy cabal cash cos new options for payment methods are too confusing been trying to sign up with click and buy and the others, it just doesnt work and SMS charge here in UK is so expensive.
At least leave Paypal as an option for others to use! *Peace

I can give you a choice.

You can have Cabal servers or you can let paypal make the company bankrupt with charge backs and ridiculous fees.

The descision was made for the benefit of the game and the company. Thread closed.
