IRC - Internet Relay Chat

IRC is a real-time chat client, for the purposes of this thread anyway.

You can download mIRC's original client here. (http://www.mirc.com/get.html)

Once installed you will be asked for some details. Fill those in and submit them; when complete you need to connect to Quakenet.

The quickest way to connect would be to copy&paste the following into your browsers URL bar (without spaces):

irc ://irc.quakenet.org/cabaleu

Ask for help as soon as you enter and someone will reply when they can.

As soon as you're in the channel you will see a list of users on the right hand side. One thing you will notice is that everyone has a + symbol in front of their name; this indicates they are authed or have not broken any rules warranting being devoiced (muted).

To auth yourself:

In the channel type /msg Q hello <youremail> <youremail>

Once done check your emails and follow it's instructions, you will recieve a password and command to auth yourself. To auto-perform the auth command everytime you open IRC you will need to go here:

Tools -> Options -> Connect -> Options -> Perform

In the box type in your auth command (from the e-mail) and also /j cabaleu to connect to the channel automatically. Tick the "Enable perform on connect" box and save all.

If you don't want to install an IRC client, you can also use a Firefox addon, Chatzilla (http://www.extenzilla.org/scheda_estensione.php?id=51).

The ability to follow instructions carefully

If you agree to having a remote control help session, you will be given a list of what you need (selected from the above) by your SA and your machine will undergo a 3 step regime.

Step 1:
You will be bot-checked, hack-checked and private server-checked. If you are found to have any dishonest/ illegal software on your machine, it's up to the SA in question as to whether s/he continues the session. Your username will be forwarded to the appropriate GM and the case reviewed.

Step 2:
Your machine will go through various scans and registry checks using the above listed software (Ccleaner, Hijackthis and Malwarebytes and ADS Scanner); any AV software pre-installed may also be used; running processes will be checked using Process Explorer for any incompatibilies; all software needing correct configuration will be configured, or you'll be given instructions on how to manually do it; internet settings will also be checked (if any proxies are found, it's up to the SA in question as to whether to continue the session) and your machine will be thoroughly checked.

Step 3:
Once the machine is cleaned, the SA helping will guide you through, or perform for you, a cleaning of you Cabal folder and patching of a clean installation.

To use Teamviewer:

Install it like any other software. Once opened give the ID and Pass that load on the Teamviewer screen to the SA you're requesting help from so they can input it into their Teamviewer client; this will give them immediate control over your machine.

Note: you still have mouse+keyboard functions and can opt out by opening the window minimized in the bottom right of the screen in favour of written instructions.

Give the ID and Pass shown in the highlighted box to the SA:

Recommendations you need for remote control:
you are speaking english or at least can read and write and ofc understand english.

this program is needed for full secure and safe remote control:

download via click on "Start Customer module".

disclaimer:
all secure and safe, no account ids or passwords will be questioned by me.
all private stuff will be keep quite by me, too.
the only required data will be the teamviewer id and the generated password.
teamviewers password is fresh generated each time you start teamviewer, so noone can do remote control without any user request.

what do i offer?

* i offer hereby, cleaning of your computer if you got any virus, malware etc and cant get rid of it by yourself.
* i offer you to install the new cabal client by [GM]Zaraki properly.
* i make sure, that cabal is running before i close the session.
* and to speed up the download, if you dont got the new client or downloaded corrupted parts... i will use my rapidshare premium to download the parts onto your computer, so none of them will end up corrupted.

only thing that will bug me off.. when i see that you got cabal bots, hacks or something like that installed, then i will refuse live support and going to report you asap.
so those who got one of those above mentioned installed and running, you dont need to ask me for support or anything else. i wont help you (just will help you to get you banned)
