After some discussion around this matter, both in threads on the forum and in comments on the previous blog entries it seems that more clarification is needed on the upcoming Soul Ability. I am well aware that there is nothing like rumour, speculation, theories and ideas to keep a good discussion going, but as we get closer to the update it could be worth it to look at the whole Soul Ability system yet again.


I can also tell you that we have received clarification from ESTsoft...

It seems as if I have underestimated some of the passion that people have for the game (as well as their ability to make broad, sweeping judgements based on… a first impressions blog? ) Relax guys, all is not final yet and there is plenty to be discussed and debated still. So while I did plan on making this about the Siena part, we start somewhere else.

Time for me to share some more insider information with you, fresh from the ITS. As you are no doubt aware the update is by now up and running on the ITS, and we’ve managed to have a quick run through most of the new content.

One thing that you should be aware of as well is the fact that what we are doing right now is testing for bugs. We go over ever single element in the update notes we receive from ESTsoft, we repeat actions over and over again trying to make things break...

Some people might know this already from an earlier post by Kru, but just this afternoon we received something special on our test server – the update for Cabal Online Episode Three: Soul and Sienna.

As I am closely involved with the testing process on ITS (Internal Test Server ) I will be using this blog to keep everyone up to date with exactly how the testing process is coming along. So to start with let me put this out there
