Speedhackers and cooldown hackers are mostly the same, since they use both together.
About jail breakers, you do know there's an exit in the jail, right? I've never found it (spent like an hour running around in there xD), so it's hard, but it's been proven it exists by several screenshots. Never heard anyone would hack themselves out of it lol.
