These questions are bases for mostly sword fs.

At +100 lvl what's better to have:

Osmium of deathblow or shineguard? I know shineguard has more def, but we all know fs need more atk strength? Also in this case isnt eof better than eog if we want to inrease fs's atks?

What PvP combo would be better:

1. Earth divide
Shield break
Shield explosion
Shield ray

2. Earth divide
Shield break
Round cut
Shield explosion

3. Earth divide
Shield break
Blade of Judgement
Round cut

Osmium of deathblow and about the pvp combo,the first one is better,using round cut wouldn't make shield break totally re-use while you will be doing 2nd combo.
