Try another method instead of sms payment,or just keep trying. Could be that the network is too busy to process your request.
Don't wonder why people go crazy. Wonder why they don't. In face of what we can lose in a day, in an instant, wonder what the hell it is that makes us hold it together.
This is a network traffic issue - just wait until the same time (roughly) tomorrow and try again. If you get charged for the transaction and don't recieve any Cabal Cash submit a support ticket via the payment option.
