3) In the Phantom Archer room (Fellins room) ONLY ONE MEMBER ATTACKS THE PHANTOM ARCHER that spawns the Cruel Bat. If 2 party members hit the Phantom Archer, the Cruel Bat WILL NOT SPAWN !

Yes it does.. We've done it loads of times, the bat have aaalways spawned. You only have like 2 seconds to kill it.

Tell that to our countless runs where ppl swarmed the archer and the bat didn't spawn or the bat spawned in the wall.

95% of the cases we did B2F, it didn't spawn. Maybe they fixed it in the later patches.

I can't remember never seeing the bat spawn after we've killed the phantom archer :P But well, I'll do a few runs and check for myself, and even if it does spawn now, you might be right that they've fixed it in the later patches. But the episode 1 4 man party runs, we never encountered that problem, and I have yet to see it happen.
