u can buy it on ch2 or elsewhere. or kill some mobs.
ring of luck +2 is only lvl 52 or so i think so its not that hard to find it.

u can find it at wriggleleaf or crag toads (or how ever they are called)

the thing with the max crit rate, nobody knows it
