Forgotten Temple: RED,BLUE,GREEN key

Hello, I have a question how to do Blue key (2nd) and Green key (3rd) chest room. Getting to the 1st (RED key) is easy, but how to get the quest for blue or green is a tricky part that we (team) somehow can't figure out

We were in last boss room and clicked "all" that was clickable to obtain the quest for blue key that we had, but nothing.

So, if there is any1 so kind to share that info. where and how to activate that quest plz post it here.

Anyone out there have a nice complet guide to FT? Along with all keys and chest and stuff...

The first chest for blue key is the last chest that you can find. It is on the way between golem room and last boss room in the top right corner. Oh and first for green key is right after second boss.

I could make a short screenshot guide if I go Ft again anytime soon. Otherwise, just run around and click all the boxes/chests or whatever they are, won't make a difference.

Can any1 with RUS skills plz translate the Green key stuff ?

And another thing: so far I only opend with red key. So, if I get this thing right when we enter FT we need to decide which color of key we will pick RED,GREEN or BLUE cause there is only one treasure place? If so has any1 notice any drop diference between those 3 keys? Does Blue or Green key give any better drop rate for higher items than red one?
