[CBT] [Solution] The annoying music issue
Hi there guys,
Did some research in the game's folder and thou I know it is not advisable to modify the game, I just couldn't help myself getting rid of the annoying music that's playing when I'm questing. So here's my solution :
1. You're going to need 3 good MP3 songs at your disposal, which you like to listen to and go along with driving very well.
2. You need to copy these 3 MP3s into the game's "SOUND" sub-folder (example : "C:\Games\CTRacer\SOUND")
3. You need to delete the following files :
- battle 01 - nercosis 2 track.mp3
- battle 02 - condemned fury 2 track.mp3
- battle 03 - hard fuel.mp3
4. You need to rename your 3 favorite driving song's MP3s with the names of the files you've just deleted :
- battle 01 - nercosis 2 track.mp3
- battle 02 - condemned fury 2 track.mp3
- battle 03 - hard fuel.mp3
5. Now you can enjoy questing without having these urges to tear your eyeballs out of your skull when you're listening to the crappy quest background music
Now if I could only solve the custom keys and the game would be perfect ...
