Introducing Server and Account Transfer!

What has to be the most-requested, most-asked-about items available for CABAL is finally here! Move between Mercury, Mars and Jupiter! Move a character to a new account!

These long-requested features are now available for CABAL Online Europe! You can now move your character from one server to a different one quickly, simply and easily. However, moving to a new server is a challenging, drastic move, and only the equipment currently equipped on the character will make the move with you.

Or move your character to a new account, and start playing there.

The transfer options are available through the Item Shop. Find them under the Premium tab in the Shop.

**VERY IMPORTANT FOR SERVER TRANSFER. READ VERY CAREFULLY**

• You can only transfer a maximum of 10 billion Alz (10,000,000,000) with your character. Alz in the inventory gets transferred.
• All items that you have equipped on your character will be transferred
• Nothing in your warehouse will transfer with your character.
• No items in your inventory will transfer with your character (inventory items are deleted)
• Only the transmuter gets transferred
• All Titles are transferred, EXCEPT Mission War titles

Make sure that you have NOTHING in your inventory when you move your character to a new server. Any item in the inventory will be lost, apart from Alz and your Transmuter. Costumes are not moved with the character.

SERVER TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS

1. Open the Item Shop, and browse to the Transfer Item. You cannot be logged in on the character that you wish to transfer. You have to use another character on the same account.
2. Read the warning carefully, and make sure you are aware of the requirements and restrictions.

3. Click on Next
4. Select the server where the character you wish to transfer currently is, from the menu on the left.
5. Select the character you wish to transfer from the drop-down menu
6. Select the server you wish to transfer your character to, on the menu on the right.
7. Select the empty slot that you wish to transfer the character to.

It should look like this image. The character “DungeonTest”, a level 45 Warrior on Jupiter is being transferred to Mars, into the first character slot on Mars

8. Click on Next, and make 100%, completely, entirely sure that the information is correct.
9. Confirm the purchase.
10. Have fun on your new server!

Account Transfer

The account transfer item allows you to move a character from one account to another account. The character will stay on the same server, and it will be transferred with all equipped items, inventory items, and Alz. Warehouse items are not transferred.

ACCOUNT TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS

Transferring a character requires two people, or two accounts. The Character Receiver Account (Receiver) and the Character Sender Account (Sender). Only the Receiver pays for the transfer item. There are separate steps for both Receiver and Sender, and the Receiver and Sender will have to be in contact with each other, either via PM, Whisper, or other method of choice. The Receiver must have one empty character slot on the server where the character is located.



RECEIVER INSTRUCTIONS

• Open the Item Shop, and go to Premium Memberships >> Transfers. Select the Account Transfer item.
• Click on the Character Receiver tab on the left (Sender tab is on the right)
• Read all the instructions, limits and restrictions carefully, then click Next to confirm
• Select the Server of the character you wish to receive
• Select the Level Range of the character you wish to receive
• Click on 'Make New Code' to generate the 5 digit code you will need to proceed
• The Receiver has to send this code to the Sender

(at this point the Receiver has to wait for the Sender to enter the code. Once entered the transfer can proceed)

• Once the Sender has entered the code the transfer can continue. The server, name, level, Battle Style and character slot of the character will now be visible.
• The Receiver can now rename the character, if they wish to do so, and select the empty character slot where the character should go.
• Proceed to confirm and purchase. Enjoy your new character

MAKE SURE THE CHARACTER HAS ONLY THE ITEMS ON IT YOU WISH TO TRANSFER
Get the transfer code from the Receiver
Enter the Item Shop, and select Account Transfer (Premium Memberships >> Transfers)
Enter your sub-password
Enter the code you got from the Receiver
Select the character you wish to transfer (MAKE COMPLETELY, 100% SURE YOU SELECT THE CORRECT CHARACTER)
Confirm the transfer

If you do Account transfer you won't lose anything.
Full Titels + Honor + Inventory + Equipped Stuff + ~5b Alz amount all you can transfer.
