    Default IC1 "Wooden Thing"?

    I have a question. You know that wooden thing after the "Kuoooo" boss right? So can someone tell what is it for? Only decoration or it has some meaning in dungeon?

    Some people say that if you kill it twice the drop rate for a Lycanus weapon will increase but in my opinion those are all rumors.
    So I think it's there just for decoration that you can attack and kill for lols.

    just like a lot of things in game it was probably put there as a extra side quest or something but then removed but not completely and you are left with the wooden killable object.

    this, same thing in LID, there is a house there which has a "talk to, or use" symbol if you hover your mouse over it.

    Yeah I noticed that woody thing after that boss.. and when you attack it will rotate. I wonder what that's means..

    If you kill it twice, your Lyca weapon drop chance increases!

    well when i killed it before opening chest from fat one and then 2nd time after killing ogre, I got lyca 3 times in row. so i dunno maybe its just coincidence. but it takes few sec to kill it, so u loose nothing.

    Rumors! Lycanus Weapon from last chest is still random.
    If it increases the drop-rate it's still not high enough to can say, yes it works.

    It rotates to the angle from where you stand while attacking him. That means nothing. xD

    i heard it increases chance of lyca drop as a mate got 5 lyca weps in a row... but he is lucky tbh if i kill it its only because killing it makes me feel better like everything else in that dungeon ^^

    that wooden thing was meant for a in-dung quest, but got removed later on... they only left it there, maybe for future plans like more items in dungeons you can click on, but nothing happens...

    dunno.... i think that more is left from some quest that they didnt used at end XD. Still i kill it and no Lyca weap for me.. But *** is 10 sec to get it down... XD

    The game has no buildin mechanism that can change or alter droprates dynamically.
    Killing objects/mobs can only either spawn another object /mob or directly drop an item from the droplist...

    So you can have mobs that spawn chests, chests that respawn chests or chests that respawn mobs, each with their own individual drop-listing, but there is no way to alter existing drop tables (like for the lycanus) without generating a new object or mob...
    (In essence, chests are nothing else then unmovable mobs with very low defence)

    Fixed for full accuracy

    (I have two examples in mind :
    - this wooden thing will respawn once if kuoo isn't dead, it won't afterwards
    - in quest dungeons, when you kill the key mob of a room, or in EoD, when you spawn the general, mobs (or at least those you didn't hit) die without any drop)
