wich boots/gloves should i buy?

hi,i'm new on wi,so i'm asking you:should i buy s.t gloves +9 7 amp(no bind) or s.t floves +9 7 amp bind ? i cant afford st gloves 7 amp 1 slot bind cuz if i wanna change char i cant resell them.and for boots i think st boots +9 7amp 1 slot (hp steal i think) no bind is good right?

I'd say ST amp with HP leech is very useful. No need to take your damage down with white board or a ring or to buy a rune.
