What about ,dont buy them yourself? Because lots of low lvls say ( lvl 110's lets be honest) cant spam the hell outta XX DX dungeons etc etc,

You may be correct. The event havent had much changes since ive played since 2008. Doesn't change the fact, this is cabal not some other game. Maybe you should play a new game that provides a increased number of "different" events.

Well, the vent is farming new items, probably mobs farming in dungeons and/or maps, which is most certainly something you don't usually do.
Aka something new, unusual.

If you decide to dance in BI and buy the items, that's your choice to go the boring and usual way, after all.
