Try to turn-off your Anti-Virus.
If you have Avast, uninstall it because Avast, at least in my case uses a software called "Sandbox" that keeps the Anti-Virus turned on, so I needed to remove it.
Install Avira/Norton/NOD32 instead if u have Avast.
i don t have antivirus
what should i do?
Re-Install Windows?
Turn off Firewall..
Google its your friend.

i reinstald my windows 2xtime
and my firewall is off
