Anyone who is still waiting for items to be returned, make sure you have enough space in your inventory to receive your items. Happened to my friend, his inventory was full so he couldn't get back his items even tho GM had replied his ticket that his items have been returned.
I thought alz were not returned 0o. seems not Guess i should make another ticket.

Well i lost around 11bil XD. i sold my mith set to buy SEHH at that time. I had tita boot ._. and some crap set. Guess i need to write another ticket. That was about 6months of farming MO and sold set too.although in my ticket i never mention about my lost alz, when my items got returned to me

Satan lost 2bil from his storage char, GM returned 500kk.
Well, i got screenshot if possible, 4-6hrs before the incident. Did satan provide any sort of proof or?
I doubt it, since he didn't really expected to be hacked, so I guess he made no screenshot of alz.
good thing i always take screenshot for no specific reason then, maybe this could help

i have norton AV and ad-aware pro as an aditional scanner, nothing suspicious was found by both(in 2009 and 2012 as well).
funny thing is that items dissapear after maintenance. imo its all abouth our id/pwd's are not protected well enough in the database server or coders made mistake and "delete" ppl items. but what we can do? wait for items xxx months or get free ban instantly. simpliest method of closing ticket.
same action has taken place in 2009 when lot of ppl lost items(nearly all beside rings/neck/board/bike). if i was a thief i would take all i can w/o leaving items worth sometimes more that 1 part of the armor(rol was much more expensive than now).
GM's 80% answers was:" u was hacked, we cant restore your items back. GM staff blablabla" now they slowly change their mind. tell me than: what is the difference now? now they know their servers was protected wrong but 3 years ago was like pentagon server?
as u can see u can play x years and have nothing after one of almighty maintenance's. Cabal GM's are like teachers in school: "they have right even when they are wrong and don't try to argue, or u get ban"
