It is only the fact that the author decided to change to a file, however it seems that the UI is. All other files, rather than just Windows and amnesiya the skin, it's not really a change is required.

This skin goes the the direction of a more free screen again. This time menues will look completely different also unlike in my first skin, where it was still much like the original skin.

Anyways, here is my first model of the style of the new menues, have to change much still(some elements of old skin are still in) - but it will look like this a bit at the end. Just with better borders and some upgrades/changes:
