Block list bug

• Action taken: I put a bringer to my block list
• Result: I can see his chat on TheNest and in the middle of the screen
• Expected Result: I can't see any words from him

Blocking bringers has never worked as far as I know, same as megaphones. So I'm not sure it is a bug, that's the whole point of the "bringer shout abuse" infraction.

TheNest is something else of course.

It worked with megaphones. On Jupi there was a "player", who spent his cabal life with spam on megas. We were able to block him. The rest well, I don't know. I would say bug, because block list is working, but not in every situation.
